Shipping & Delivery Policy

Onam Sadhya bookings are digital reservations. No physical ticket or product is shipped.

After successful payment and verification, your booking confirmation and reference are displayed on the website. A confirmation may also be sent to the phone number or email supplied during booking.

Please do not make a second payment if your bank or payment provider shows a successful debit but the confirmation page is delayed. Keep the payment reference and contact us so we can verify the transaction.

Food ordered through an external delivery platform is fulfilled under that platform's delivery times, service area and terms. The event booking website does not currently offer physical delivery.
