Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the Bhoomi website, restaurant reservations, dining experiences and ticketed events, including Onam Sadhya 2026.

1. Reservations and Event Bookings

A reservation or event booking is confirmed only after the applicable payment is successfully received and a confirmation reference is issued. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and guest information.

2. Onam Sadhya Tickets

  • Each ticket is for one person and one banana-leaf serving. Sharing a leaf is not permitted.
  • Children aged 7 years and above require a ticket.
  • Seating is unreserved and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your selected session.
  • Each session is limited to the stated capacity and duration.

3. Prices and Payments

Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through authorised third-party providers. A payment attempt does not guarantee a booking unless a confirmation reference is issued.

4. Admission and Conduct

Bhoomi may deny admission or remove a guest for unsafe, unlawful, abusive or disruptive conduct, violation of these terms, or conduct affecting other guests, staff or property.

5. Ticket Transfer and Resale

Tickets are non-transferable. Unauthorised resale or attempted resale may result in cancellation without refund or compensation.

6. Photography and Videography

Guests may take personal photographs and videos if this does not disturb others or operations. Commercial shoots require prior permission.

7. Changes and Force Majeure

We may reasonably adjust operational arrangements. If circumstances beyond our control materially affect an event, we will communicate available alternatives using the contact details supplied during booking.

8. Website Use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, interfere with bookings or reproduce website content commercially without permission.

9. Acceptance

By using this website or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the applicable Cancellation and Refund Policy.
